1.Base treatment
Interior wall: Please try to use joinery board, nine-centile board, large core board or calcium silicate board to cover the bottom and level, ensure that the board surface is clean before gluing decorative cement board. (Note that the interior wall can not use gypsum board to do the base, because the surface of the paper, will not stick). Exterior wall: calcium silicate board or domestic cement board, short-term two or three years door can also use woodworking board as the bottom.

2.Plate installation
Glue: Use a big glue gun,
Process: Apply spot-like glue at a distance of 1.5cm from the edge of cement board every 5cm or so; In the horizontal and vertical direction of the rubber ring, every 10-15cm in the spot shape (the basic and cement board sizing surface is free of dust).
Board surface seam: Because the decorative cement board has a certain thermal expansion and cold contraction, wet rise and dry lock characteristics and elasticity, it is recommended to leave 3-5mm gaps in the inner wall and 5-10mm gaps in the outer wall. The inner wall can choose to leave a natural seam (before the plate paste, brush the gap with gray or black paint, and then paste it after drying); The gap of the external wall should be filled with a neutral sealant that does not contain silicone oil (it is better to contain polyurethane components), and the edge of the plate should be wrapped in beautiful paper for construction.Temporary fixed: Because the glue needs 24-48 hours of stagnation period, it is necessary to temporarily fix the board in the four corners of each board and the joint between the board and the board with small wooden square plus self-taping nails or drywall nails (diameter of about 3mm, length of more than 25mm, temporarily fixed to avoid the plate warp or shift, because of different temperatures, it is best to wait two days after the gel solid and then the small wood open.
