The Nonopaque Cement Bricks is made by combining concrete with light-guiding materials, and the translucent concrete cladding is prefabricated in the factory.
The mechanized production of STEPS translucent cement has reached a certain scale and can be customized according to demand.
Production process: concrete mixing, light guide material distribution, pouring, curing, cutting, grinding, polishing, etc. In the process of mixing, there are requirements for the selected aggregates and cement.In order to achieve the final decorative effect, it is a plain surface effect when there is no light source.
The requirement for clear water coagulation is that the choice of aggregates should be consistent in color and uniform in particle size, and the cement should be from the same batch.The selection of light guide materials should be alkali resistant, anti-aging and light transmitting products, and a protective film is required to effectively protect the light guide materials.
When arranging the transparent materials, there are two forms: scattering and uniform distribution.Each form has different process technologies. The scattering type also requires uniform distribution, combining large and small transparent materials. However, uniform distribution, especially for customized products such as LOGO and picture-transparent concrete, requires the production of corresponding molds.
Customization process: Designers can integrate design patterns and custom sizes into the translucent cement.
